Services

Hospitality Staff Roles

  • Bartender Staff

    Bar setup, drink distribution, and bar breakdown/clean-up. We provide signature drink recommendations and bar tools needed for every event. Starting price of $250 includes one bartender, one bar assistant, and liquor liability for a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is $75 per hour. All bar other items (pop-up bar/coolers/ice) are available for an additional cost. Your guest count will determine the exact price.
  • Serving Staff

    Set tables, serves appetizers and plated dinner service via tray, bus/clear tables, assist with breakdown. Includes bus buckets, serving trays, and tray jacks. Starting price of $225 includes two servers for a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is $60 per hour.
  • Wait Staff

    Replenish buffet stations, serve via buffet stations, bus/clear tables, assist with breakdown, assigned kitchen tasks as needed. Includes bus buckets, serving trays, and tray jacks. Starting price of $225 includes two wait staff members for a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is $60 per hour.

Event Staff

  • Decor Staff

    Job assignments may vary which include but is not limited to: event setup or event breakdown. Starting price of $225 includes staff members for up to 3 hours. Each additional hour is $60 per hour.
  • Event Staff

    Job assignments may vary which include but is not limited to: greet and check-in guests, direct guests, serve via concession stations, assist with photobooths, and more. Starting price of $225 includes staff members for a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is $60 per hour.
  • Event Assistants

    This staff job is exclusive to assisting event coordinators. The assistant provides help with various tasks as requested by the event planner during the event. All assistants have been hospitality trained and certified. Starting price of $175 for a 3 hour minimum. Each additional hour is $50 per hour.

All About You Staffing provides private event staff for all occasions. Unlike temporary staffing agencies, our staff are permanent part-time workers with our company and they are always covered under our event liability insurance policy. All staff members are hospitality trained in a classroom and receive on the job instruction from our shift supervisors throughout your entire event. Our clients enjoy our shift supervisor as the point of contact to manage the entire staff, this provides limited interaction for the host who can enjoy their event.
